Can You Afford Invisalign?

When it comes to orthodontic treatment options, many people have a tough time deciding between Invisalign and traditional braces. Every patient is different, and the best option comes down to your lifestyle, your preferences, and your orthodontic needs. If you want a treatment option that doesn’t draw attention to the fact that you are straightening your teeth, Invisalign may be the clear choice for you. But can you afford Invisalign treatment?

There are a few factors that contribute to the amount you will pay Invisalign.

1. The Severity of the Orthodontic Problem: More severe orthodontic problems take more time and more aligners to correct. Therefore, a severe orthodontic problem might end up with a higher overall cost.

2. Patient Compliance: Invisalign’s efficacy depends entirely on whether you wear your aligners. Dr. Chorak and his team recommend that your Invisalign aligners are worn all day, every day. If you do not wear your Invisalign aligners as prescribed your treatment time will take longer than originally planned, which could make your entire treatment more expensive.

3. Insurance: Invisalign is covered by a wide variety of companies and plans. Double check your insurance plan to see if Invisalign treatment is covered.

Effective for a wide range of smiles. The Invisalign system has been successful in giving hundreds of thousands of amazing smiles to both teens and adults. While the cost of Invisalign is covered by most insurance companies, if cost is a concern, we can provide you with estimates based on your exact treatment plan.

At Chorak Orthodontics, we believe that every patient deserves a beautiful smile, and we will make every effort to make your Invisalign treatment affordable. We offer several payment programs including our in-office plan. We will also work with our patients who have medical savings or flex plans. The Orthodontists Fee Plan is a financial resource available, requiring no money down and monthly payments for varying lengths of time. We offer a discount for cash pre-payments in full, and we gladly accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.

Not everyone is a candidate for the Invisalign aligner system. Please contact our Fairwood or Mercer Island office to schedule a consultation with Dr. Chorak to see if the Invisalign system is right for you.
